Carlos Smith

Owner

Carlos Smith is an energetic and innovative creative director, host, producer, photographer and youth influencer based in the Chicagoland area. He has had a significant impact on the Chicagoland community by providing community members with a variety of social events that create life-long memories and leave lasting impressions. Carlos’ charisma and dynamic appeal has made him a highly requested host in the nightlife scene. He also uses his entertainment expertise with youth in North Chicago by providing opportunities for students to discover and express their creative passions through music, dance, and acting. A few of Carlos’ successful projects are: High School Hard Knocks, The CrazyRiotShow podcast and the National Champions Elite Striders Drill Team. A Crazy Place Venue & Studio and SuperCrazyKids After School Program are two new ventures that Carlos is bringing to the community in hopes of shedding a positive light.

Carl Golston

A Cary Place Studio & Venue

Owner

Carl is a former high school, college, and European basketball star. He has been involved with the community and youth for over 30 years. As a young man, Carl started his community service with, then, Chicago Alderman and Ward Committee Man Bobby Rush (2nd ward). He Served as a Community Service Representative, Precinct Captain, and Assistant Coordinator. During his time with the Alderman, Carl also oversaw the Summer Youth Program and Chicago Urban League Infant Mortality Program for (Male Leadership) that target young adult males, ages (18-25), helping them to become responsible fathers, role models for their children, and helping them receive a G.E.D. along the way if they are in need. From there, Carl worked for the Chicago Park District where he was an Male Physical Instructor teaching a variety of individual and team sports. Carl has a great number of community and youth designated accomplishments and takes pride in his philanthropy

Vastoria Parker

A proud mother of 2 children and 8 grandchildren. Born and raised in the City of Chicago – she moved to Lake County IL (North Chicago) in 1998. She’s an impacted individual that didn’t want to raise her children in Chicago. Vastoria is the Vice-President of Cluster of Rozes (derived from females previously incarcerated and located in Chicago. Vastoria has worked as a professional Debt Collector for over 15 years and recently resigned from the corporate environment and atmosphere. She’s currently and passionately working as a Youth Case Manager for Legacy Reentry Foundation located in Waukegan. She has watched her son “Boy Los Crazy” create his brand from beginning to end – she’s his #1 FAN and have always been supportive of his dream and ideals – I am equally proud to be an owner of what I watch manifest to “A CRAZY PLACE” ~ When you know better do better 2 sweaters ~ Author – Carlos “Boy Los Crazy” Smith

Darnell "Shaq Da God" Gordon

Manager/Enforcer

Born In Waukegan, IL and raised in North Chicago. He attended North Chicago Community High School. After graduating, he attended Trinity University and would later link up with Carlos, Desi, and Brandon to form "The Crazy Gang". Shaq loves to make people laugh and still is CURRENTLY Lake County's Most Popular Person!! PERIOD!!
